As stated dealer to be a good pre race gambler
It’s not just about picking the strength of a horse it’s any weaknesses
Time is only a guide and yes some race have diff pace angles
This horse had improved written all over its 1st run ,
But for over 30 years time and time agsin
More often than not these shorties come unstuck
Your not only asking said horse to improve markebly
The race it had ran in prev was around a stone below
