a bit harsh on Walsh as he did get messed around a little bit and then found himself a long way back. The horse fairly flew home and it will be interesting if this lightly raced sort can build on this

Walsh might have excuses when reporting to connections/trainer ....but imo he needlessly panicked and it looked amateurish - by no means a ride for him to be grilled over the coals ...unlike Danielson in South Africa which is disgraceful imo.

The fav raced too keen imo at Dundalk - plenty of excuses.
Cant see any fault with Kingscote either ...nothing that he couldn't easily explain away as the horses not being good enough on the day. |
