It is the Handicapping Appeals Committee  List - to which Trainers can appeal if they feel  that one of their horses has been unduly harshly treated.

Hopefully - They will hardly ever be called upon as - apart from Simon Holt (ex-Superform), Steve Mellish (Private), Graham Dench and Keith Melsose (ex-Timeform) - I entirely am unaware of any of the others having any proper handicapping experience.

Simon Rowlands being a Time/Speed figures freak ... and, believe you me - there IS a distinct  difference.

Surely someone should be called to account for some of the names on that list?
