well im up in hoots mon country in a tiny village in the middle of fife ,,, so the signs are good for a good albeit low key part tonight ,
ive as usual taken a few days to review my betting over the last year ,,, im sure some of you are aware i punt almost exclusivly on information from a few guys ive got to know over a great deal of time , these are contacts in the best and also smaller yards , but i have to say that the last year and indeed the year before have been non years , ie some steps forward some backwards , Indeed Three years ago i was pulling from my betfair account which i use almost exclusively at the level of 2000 plus a month , those days seem a long time ago ,,, that said i was punting on my big bets mostly gosden horses 500 a go , those days are long gone ,,, the prices are never there for his horses so its not possible to win from the stable stuff i get , over bet over hyped ,
the info is still there but its just less clear , let me give you an example ,, from today ,
12.55 warrens fav has an obvious chance,,, yet we have two henderson horses , one a newcomer which nico rides which im told is ok ,,, ie it gallops and jumps , and she mite bite , which half the stable fancy and the other half like nicos ,
its been like this all year , a winner then a loser ,
so i have to either guess or leave it alone ,
in the 3.05 carolines lady master continues to please at home and Sean is an eye catching booking , im aware the connections think its got a chance in a very competative race ,,connections have had a few quid on but they arnt huge punters so the price is still there ,
As i indicated im relooking at how and what i punt , especially as the way i do it is pretty time consumeing ,,the biggest problem i have is being tempted to pick my own horses ,, i did that for years and lost year on year , since i changed how i did it i had almost ten years of decent extra income , but last two years are indifferent , ho hum ,,
anyway you lot all the best to you all , ive been around for ages and tend to dip in and out , i dont post as much as i used to mostly because the stuff i wd be posting as i indicated hasnt been profitable , and while i dont mind loseing my cash , i dont want others to do just that ,
