The Clerk of the Scales objected to the winner, WINKLEMANN (IRE), ridden by Miss Imogen Mathias and
trained by John Flint on the grounds of the rider weighing in at 8st 7lbs having weighed out at 10st 10lbs. WINKLEMAN (IRE) was disqualified and the placings were revised as follows: First: HOLY TIBER (IRE), Second: COCKNEY BOY and CARIBBEAN SPRING (IRE), Fourth: AT YOUR SERVICE. The rider, the trainer and the Clerk of the Scales were interviewed and it was found that the weight cloth had accidentally slipped off approximately one furlong from the start. |

Oi Shafter, you were noticeably quiet about them two Dundalk fotas lat night. I was anticipating a thread informing us of how you knew which ones had won, and how much you'd won, accompanied by a couple of dodgy pics that were slightly after the line.
