Few weeks back had £100 @4/1 Donjuan Triumphant which was one of freds pushes. Upon collecting my winnings I was told in future I could only have £25 on freds pushes. I questioned the manager as to how fred could give it the big uns offering £100 on telly in the shop yet someone at a lower level could basically say no no u cant have £100. He was unable to give an answer. I emailed customer services, in case the manager had made this decision off his own bat, asking at what level these decisions were made at? Got a cut and paste reply "horse racing trading team decision that can`t be changed" Bring on the FOBT limits couldn't happen to a more grubby low life crowd
