Has Betfair removed the video button, as it doesnt now appear on my screen.

they are having site issues and are now aware of the problems after i highlighted them to live chat

From what I seem to have found out it is not their fault but a problem with the third party provider of the pictures. Because of this they appear to currently have have no idea how long it may be for it to be restored.

I had it up until about 5 minutes ago, so that's about an hour longer than the original poster, but now mine has also gone.

At the same time, the days horse racing cards dissapeared, click on horse racing and there was nought.

I dont think it is a 3rd party issue as the live stream button is missing from the interface but you can view via : https://livevideo.betfair.com/. It isnt just horse racing that has the problem, it is all sports. To be honest Betfair are clueless, they seem to have very little in the way of quality control. Someone reported this yesterday @ 15:20 but Betfair have done jack **** ................. normal Betfair approach.
