they say they will lay a bet for a take out of 500 best odds guaranteed after 8am. what they dont say is that its not open to restricted customers ,of which as far as i can see is 95% of people who bet or used to bet with them? why advertise something if they wont stand by it?
Every bookmaker out their is guilty of false advertising when making offers in newspapers and websites and sometimes even in direct communications to their customers, as if they are available across the board to everyone when they clearly are not but the ASA, just like organisations such as the UKGC that are supposedly there to protect punters are not interested in doing their jobs even when told about the dodgy behaviour of bookies and online gambling companies.
I was just reading how one punter who paid £100 into their account to get a £200 bonus that needed to be rolled over numerous times before they could make a withdrawal, who turned that into £1,900 yet when they requested their own money they have been told to go to a solicitor and pay anything from £50-£80 to get their documents notarised, just so as they can have their winnings sent back to the very same bank account and card that these companies were happy to take the initial deposit from with no questions asked.
Imagine if they had only won say £40. These are clear and obvious tactics to try to force winners into gambling that money essentially being held to ransom, in the hope that it will all be lost via future bets or plays.
