I worked out that I would need to achieve 4% of the target each day. Yesterday, the first day, my better was higher than normal for a weekday so I reckoned if I didn't achieve 5% or more, I wouldn't be getting anywhere near. Just checked and I was at 3% so I think I can safely forget it. Probably won't be able to resist a weekly check but that's about it.
