Yes done me too , customer services say one is an industry r4 and one is early price r4 ffs
there should be only one rule 4 never seen 2 rule 4s in one race shop staff have the same problem explaining why there is a 10p rule 4 and customer services told me to contact ibas
betfred base their R4 on the price at the time you placed your bet and not the time of withdrawal
Probably affected quite a few bets as he pushed Roaring Lion out to 3/1.
