Whats the exact rule about dolling of a fence? can it be reintroduced on the next circuit?

Bob hasn't had a good week, kept on for ages believing that an unplaced horse had won in a photo at Uttox lately.

Cork 4:35 was saying prince garyantle (the only one on the card in yellow silks btw) was hampered at the start, when in fact it had been a nonner since this morning.

RQ , they said on ATR that so long as a fence/hurdle isn't dolled off, it is to be jumped .

jockey at fault, but you can't help but  think that it is a stupid situation . once dolled off it should not be reinstated and that will save all confusion .

yeah the rules wrong because a track like Sedgefield is so tight.

they are and 12 days for what is probably the first time it has happened, fence out, then put back in, seems very harsh
