I suspect RUK are moving towards a more studio based format. You can see that from the Saturday show. Today they have got three in to cover a really ordinary card at Huntingdon.

If it's live coverage on the course from RUK I will usually have the sound on. ATR live on course coverage sound on/off depending who the presenter is.
Studio coverage RUK/ATR sound off.

Zsa_Zsa if you call the Irish racing shoite what would you call the racing served up in the UK today. Have a look at the average value to winner for the four meetings in the uk today. And then have a look at the prize money at Wolves tomorrow.

Good luck with trying to watch it live Kevo - i'm guessing maybe 20 meetings a year may escape split screen with the £1500 novice hurdle from wherever, worth every penny.

This is nonsense. Looking at Jan/Feb alone, the breakdown of GB meetings that will clash with Irish NH on RUK is as follows:-
0 GB NH meetings= 6 days 1 GB NH meeting = 10 2 GB NH meetings= 7 days 3+GB NH meetings= 5 days
So out of 28 days in Jan/Feb when RUK are showing Ire NH*, there are only 5 days when more than 2 GB meetings will be running concurrently and thus you may consider 'split-screening' a possibility
*27 days= one Ire fixture (only NYD= 2)

Yes i don't think there will be a huge amount of split screens. RUK tracks have been pretty good at holding for Irish races even when it's been on ATR.

worth paying 80-odd pence a day to watch full screen on big screen, not needing to fiddle about with LV .
Thats correct, but you dont tell them that They are a business and all businesses will leverage everything they can against customers for their own profit
The customer must do the same, be as heartless and opportunist as them

I phoned up & cancelled Sky when they start restricting me & took away BOG. When the woman asked why I was cancelling, & I told her, she didn't have a clue what I was talking about. She then went onto say that Sky was nothing to do with Skybet, so I said why is it called Skybet then? Everyone who has been restricted or had BOG taken away should do this if they are with Sky, then they might think twice about taking a bet and also taking BOG away.

Sky said it would receive about £425m in cash and 7.6 million newly issued shares, or approximately 3% of The Stars Group, on completion of the deal, worth approximately £145m.
It added that it would use the proceeds to reduce debt and "reinvest in further growth opportunities".
The company's chief executive, Jeremy Darroch, said: "We are proud of what we have achieved from a standing start with Sky Betting & Gaming, crystallising over £1bn in value for shareholders.
"The ability to create innovative products and successfully challenge for share in completely new markets has become a pattern at Sky and gives us the continued confidence to open up new opportunities and invest for future growth."
