once upon a time there was legends Martin pipe and AP then David and Tom took over!!!!!! Today's racing at Worcester shows how bent those ferkers are. 4/6 fave in a seller pulls up then last race is a winner 16/1 who pulled up on its last race what a ferkin disgrace, what are the stewards doing? Why did the fave run so **** and why did the rag run so good. We really are been took for ****z. But I bet they still sleep well batards.

Race 5 - 4:35pm
THE LOCAL PARKING SECURITY SELLING HURDLE RACE (CLASS 5)

Following the race the Veterinary Officer reported that IMPULSIVE AMERICAN, which was pulled up, was lame left fore.

Apparently it was lame Barton but they had an odds last week that was lame also. I don't think it's that hard for a jockey to make a slight mistake and pull the horse up oh dear it's lame wtf. We are been screwed mate every ferkin day, wouldn't have looked so obvious if the bag of **** hadn't won at 16/1. Smell the coffee. Why arent the stewards asking questions was the horse inspected by a vet? Etc etc

Thanx delta but it was probably wrong before it ferkin ran. I didn't back it btw but been suspicious of these kernes for a long time. Little bit odd how they have two heavily backed shorties go lame in a week but that still doesn't explain the rag winning pu last time winning at 16/1 should set some ferkin bells ringing or is it ok to be bent

I know Andy and how ferkin annoying is it. Just didn't like the way it looked today and it's been a regular pattern for pipe last few years but then he's not the only one is he? Think Johnston had 2 decent prices yesterday and a losing 5/4 !!!! And don't get me on fahey omg he's just as bad

There's nothing wrong with a bit of cynicism but what does the stable winning another race with a big priced horses have to do with that horse pulling up? I don't get it.

Thought it was quite obvious Barton the old conspiracy theory. Too many of their odds on finishe last or pull up but yet a bag of **** that pulled up last time wins at 16/1 surely that sets alarm bells ringing and the stewards should be asking way more questions. Personally I feel all losing faves that finish tailed off should be inquired too.

I hope these figures are of some interest: In all chases and hurdle races since the beginning of 2008, where the horse was pulled up last time out, 2450 from 39505 have won next time, which is 6.2% . Over the same period, the figure for  D E Pipe's runners, which have done the same is 48 winners from 358 runners, which is 13.41%...more than double the average.

If the OP was on to something, surely the rag that won would have been well backed instead of drifting 100% from its opening price with the books?

Original poster might be on to something. Not sure when David Pipe took over from his father, but I ran pu last time from 2008, chases and hurdles for David in the software I use and got the following:

Runners: 363
winners: 48
strike rate: 13.22%
p/l BSP (commission 5%): +137.37
ROI: 37.84%

A Chi score of 12.11 suggest thses figures aren't down to luck. Thanks davethehat for highlighting this, I shall add it to my list of NH systems.
