Obv. by 'horse' I mean their trainers...

Drifting to above evens, despite the penalty he is a back for me, seemed to handle the soft well enough on his debut and there will have to be something smart in the field to finish in front of him imo.
By:
Agree tiger, and even if there is another smart one they still won't want lumbering with a massive mark for winning this potentially.
The main challengers all have (lower level) form exposed too, so not too many unknowns here. |

I laid @ 1.69 and then geened up far too early
if it goes back below 1.8 I will be a layer again. It seems a strange race to go for, must be lots of races much closer to home. I think its rating based on its last run is too high, just my opinion. |

6 grand for what should really be a penalty kick DG
By:
...and it can win without touching it's mark after this too.
By:
It's mark is not just it's latest race either, it beat good horses in it's first run too.

I was at Salisbury for his last run and wrote this comment:
Dark Jedi came from some way back to take second on the line, but he already looks a tricky customer. He was edgy in the paddock, reluctant to go to post, and then slowly away from the stalls. He clearly has plenty of ability, but is not the sort to appeal to as a betting proposition. Must say I wasn't expecting to see him dropped this much in class though - maybe this is being used as a confidence booster. |

I've layed it at 1.96
trainer profiles mainly think there are 3 or 4 here that can jump ahead of it under the pen on soft ground gl |
By:
yes I know, still hasnt stopped it drifting big style!!!!
By:
was just coming to make a thread about this horse! have backed it
By:
I’m into lariat for a place
11/8 fair enough |
By:
I would love to lay it again but having greened up it goes against the grain to lay @ 2.10+
By:
Drift is horrendous must admit gawd knows why though
By:
I remember B Curley saying the more I put on the bigger the price got!!!!
Which horse was it??? |
By:
A bit like the first race yesterday starting to look good value at 2.3
By:
I actually had 2.3 - 2.4 as it's price
I like the Dods horse and of course there are other potential improvers think a mid 80's horse could be enough |
By:
Salisbury race it profited from a muddling tactical affair, wouldn't want to rely on the form too heavily
By:
dods horse certainly ran into one last time ( i think a better horse than this fav today)
By:
The more I look at this market I fancy a big upset

What an amazingly inept ride.

By:
Just reminded myself why I should never back odds on...
By:
ffs |
By:
always unlucky when the odds on lose on here
By:
Backed the first 2 so happy enough. Another top class ride by Probert.
By:
hopeless ride
By:
Not unlucky just given a horrendous ride.
By:
he tried to win clever and got done by a finisher on the outside.
very poor ride |
By:
He had to sit still and wait for about 3 furlongs, and still nearly won it.
By:
No bad luck just a shocker in the saddle.
By:
no chance that beats the winner over a mile if they meet again
By:
Backed fav at 2.3 but laid 2.7 to get out thought he gave it a very poor ride
By:
Jockey allowed it 0 momentum in the finish
