Awful, sometimes if you come back to them they do load but too much hassle. I was paying monthly but did call to cancel and they did it half price for 4 months so decided to stay. Will defiantly be closing down and using the free sites as never paying full whack when its mostly unusable. Call to cancel at least half your bill if willing to stay
