Laddies Bet Query

Hoping someone can help with a dispute i have with the above firm from a bet i placed on Tuesday Listowel 240 won by Time Queen, from what i can see there was a 10p rule 4 as the 3 reserves didn't run Lady Sonia 10/1 5p Daliyah 12/1 5p and the 3rd horse Stellaire Enfant was a 25/1 poke so no deduction all look's pretty clear, they say there were 3 x 5p rule 4 deductions so 15p and they are sticking with that stance. I have asked if they can quote to me the NR's with the prices and tell me how it's 15p but they won't do it?? 3 emails sent and a telephone call that wasn't returned. Can anyone see something i may have missed.
