Scottish National winner. Trained by Neville Crump. Shouldn`t be allowed. Don`t get me started. 
I sometimes wonder if the owners are aware that their horse's name had already been used.
Only names that are protected are Classic winners. Others can be copied after 25 years. So many nowadays. Roman Warrior, Even Keel etc and I even saw one a few years ago named Grand Canyon. 
I remember the original but I don't think you can ban that many names. And I presume this one is Classical.
