If no-one's watching it then no-one's betting on it, and punters won't be streaming. It will just become like Irish ptps, where no-one outside of Ireland will be watching. Anybody remember a sport called showjumping?

For a start cloone I will only bet on exchanges, and I am talking about British tv coverage. There's no point putting one's time into Irish racing if you can't even watch it! MJK you're just being silly now, although I did appreciate your man's ride yesterday. I just hope he has got his mojo back, but I doubt it. He does ride wide all the time now, so I suspect his bottle will go in larger fields.

I'm sorry I have to take this all back, but Justin O'Hanlon was appalling at Listowel on Saturday. His worst performance was in the amateur riders 3m Handicap Chase where he completely missed the unseat of Jamie Codd on Consharon Boy, lying in third place at the third last, when the reins broke. Another horse (Justmemyselfandi) also unseated at the same fence - O'Hanlon picked this up a fence later. I'm sorry, but I could have done a better job than that! With apologies to MJK, I just wish you lot would get your act together and recruit someone with a touch of ability! Why not persuade Darren Owen to emigrate, he's doing a fabulous job at Down Royal.

something else I noticed is at the end of a race he'd say horse x has won by say 6 or 7 lengths
and some of the races were approximately double what he said
if you can't judge distances then say nowt imo
