They are without doubt the worse firm along with baldy on the street, there website is useless, their traders are the biggest cowards in the business. 1.01 they both go under or are forced to sell bread and milk, once the fobts are £2

Tried £200 on Portugal U21's at 4/7 this lunch time.... guy behind the counter put it through before the other told him I was red. So they ring up for PTL... Answer... sorry it's 4/11 now. So I'm not allowed anything at 4/7... nope... The 4/7 would have been widely available for anyone else for sure... but not for me.
Walk to Ladbrokes... £101 at 4/7 somehow accepted when sent down to trader, £101 on -1 at 6/4... wait for about ten minutes before phone goes, he can have £21 at 6/4. Ok, I'll have that, walk to get a coupon, write it out, cut to 6/5. Well what about my £21 at 6/4 ? I can't override prices.... Cancel everything then. Waste of time really... it's time to get a disguise... or employ some new runners for Corals / Laddies as well now (which is what I will end up doing) |

The fear with Laddies and others, is that you know more than them, but its OK to let a trainer on ,who has thousands on his own horses and gives them a card.

A local Coral's used to offer me coffee until I tried to get a price for a horse.

Has anyone ever noticed the embarrassed/worried looks from shop staff when you ask to take a price on a horse or ask them to ring up for an ante post price only for them to deny that any price exists when it's clearly on oddschecker priced up by nearly all, strange phenomenom.

I am pleased you asked for coffee as they have done away with hot chocolate and cappuccinos regards Ronnie. |

Didn't have any coffee but the pleasantries were a back and forth over enough time for the lady behind the counter to furnish me with her work related grievances, talk of anxiety and lack of sleep to not a word after I tried to place a bet and a connect card was rejected due to closed accounts with Corals.
The subsequent attitude followed on with the younger members of staff having a 'short' attitude thereafter. |

I used to get the same rubbish online (if their pathetic website ever worked that is). Horse is 5/1 and try for £50, gets referred to trader and comes back £0.00 allowed, and the price is now 4/1. The best one though was when I wanted a bet on a manager market, wanted to bet the second fav at 5/1 I think it was, so tried for £100 and got offered £20. I took the £20 and they cut it to 6/4 favourite!! Got rest matched on here and he never got the job anyway. It must cost them a fortune longterm even though they think they are saving the firm money. |
