Withdrawn Flying Tiger at 5/2 with a rule 4 to board prices of 55p in pound?

How does that work?

it would only be 25p with racecourse bookmakers.

Came up with this on Sporting Life results page

“Rule 4 applies to board prices only - deduction 55p in the pound“

There was a earlier non runner but I don't know when it was withdrawn.
Dear Sire was that horse.

Dear Sire was withdrawn yesterday morning so obviously no bearing on this.

flying tiger was 4/6 fav at withdrawal....hence the 55p rule 4 which vastly favours the punter

should add that no deduction to sp bets as new market formed
