George Baker always seems keen to have a go. It would be interesting if he tried to get Nick Godfey and Robin Gibson involved as they are different league men- behind- the-scenes compared to Bruce.

Takes me about 5 mins to read anything of interest in it so quick early morning visit to shop does the necessary and saves £2.90 a day. Them £2.90s add up. To a lot if you buy it daily.

A daily racing paper can only survive with bookmaker support, therefore it can never be independent.

I still like to have the paper and if I can't afford £2.90 then I shouldn't really be betting.
Just been told £2.90 will buy one 9 rolls of Velvet loo rolls at Superdrug, no brainer.
I honestly cannot remember the last time I bought it, must be 7 or 8 years ago if not longer.
Just been buying it on Saturday but so many rubbish Saturday's - tomorrow's another one - that might stop as well.
