After taking a big hit for the place on that I'm seriously now thinking about not doing any that have hoods on in stalls (if we are lucky enough to be shown). It is just another easy way for cheaters. Furious.

Lot of good horses wear hoods in stalls, Some actually need them on to go in stalls, then riders take them off as soon as they go in stalls.

Horses that wear hoods have to go in first, unless they have permission to go in late and take a ticket, so if it's a big field and it wears a hood in stalls, it's worth noting they may have been in the stalls quite a long time before they jump.
