2.20 Yarm- Oceanus . Te rain has come for this soft ground winner over C&D & is 1lb lower. Didn't run a bad race last time out and is over priced @ 11/1
4.00 Yarm - Mendoza. Has been disappointing but drop back to 6f, 1st time headgear and rain softened ground could see a revival in fortunes. H'cap mark looks fine @ 13/2
2.35 Curragh - Chocolate Music. Albeit a narrow winner of a maiden on her 2nd start she finished very strongly over the 6f to suggest she will improve considerably for the extra furlong today. The form of that race looks very strong with the 2nd winning doing hand stands next time out and several top yards had runners in it. At 18/1 she is worth a punt.
3.05 Curragh - Klute is a CD winner on debut who beat two of todays rivals (inc odds on fav). J harrington doesn't overreach her juveniles and with more improvement to come rates a value price in this small field.
4.45 Good - Rococo hails from the all conquering Gosden stable and if you take out her last run (excuses as tied up behind acc to vet) rates a live threat on the back of a 6l win in 1st time h'cap company over todays 1m4f trip. Although she shot up 10lbs for that this lightly raced filly could be ahead of the h'capper still. At 8/1 a chance worth taking.
