Care to educate the uneducated of us as to how it should have been done lads ??
By:
Usually done with a cold chisel accompanied by a couple of cracks with a lump hammer, i believe
could be wrong...im not a bricky |
By:
And here's me thinking it had to do with the angle of dangle
By:
goyst or kenbo will put us reyt
By:
The line marks the angle that the brick needs cutting at. You hold your brick against the line and mark it with a pen/pencil. There's no need for a tape measure and bevel. That'll just slow you down loads.

By:
i put a 10mm weep hole under it and against the perp, mark the brick cut it lay it.
That was like waching a snail this is me and kenners https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v0YSpyh6kcg 48p a time better than in running innit ![]() |

I just leave a 10/15mm gap, then mark it. When the apprentice first started marking up I use to get him to use one weephole against the perp.
Gobbledeegook to most on here! |
