Anyone notice how the 12 hour rule for Paypal and Skrill withdrawals seems to have changed ? I seem to have noticed withdrawals by that method are completed in about 2 hours now. Anyone else notice this ?

sounds good, i presume withdrawals to a card remains unchanged - still about 3 weeks ...
