Gives him 2 or 3 right handers without problems, then 4 one horse jinks. Not sure how you would know that it would suddenly do that |

No chance second gets demoted, only get demoted if it's dangerous and made an manoeuvre, the second done neither. Couple of days at worse for SDS not correcting his horse when it leaned in, but no chance of reverse in result.

You don't get demoted when you beat a horse 1/2L unless you have done a manoeuvre of which constitutes dangerous riding. If it's careless riding, you still have had to have made an manoeuvre or failed to correct your horse within given time. A horse can get demoted if the gap between horses is very narrow for a careless riding offence, but for a reversal when beaten as far as the 3rd was by the 2nd, the interference has to be classed as dangerous. |

if a horse costs another horse more ground than it beats it by interference it can be placed behind that horse without the jockey being guilty of dangerous riding.
