What was his reason for picking it because from a distance it looks like a dart throw?

because she beat a decent horse of h morrison's in star rock.

Thanks, Star Rock returning after a long absence and the second and third were rated around 100 which is about a stone shy of Urban Fox. Maybe 25/1 too big but I wouldn't have thought that formline would have given you that much confidence.

Ffs just woke up Tom segal lol. So we got the horse but little strange shouting about it after its won why not tip it up if that confident. Don't see how it could win on form it's last win was a ferking listed race and who the ferk are the connections never heard of them. Urban fox was rated 10 higher on RPR ratings after beating forever together and even 7 higher after tudhopes diabolical ride against wild illusion. Problem with price wise is by the time you get the tips the price has halved and will give credit where it's due he does get some big ones go in but hell of a lot of losers too.

Lmao I'm catching up. Good stats by portmanpark well done mate I can confirm he had that many losers until that one won. Not very impressive from the supposedly best uk tipster. It's just a shame he chose a French race which a lot of punters wouldn't even have known about to break his losing run. The site I checked out also gave a level stakes loss based on level stakes of £10 on all his selections over last five years you would be at least £500 down per year. I'm no pro punter but even I can beat that lmao.

Apologies he only lost £107 one year lol but another lost over £1200 another. But the average is a loss of over £500 a year. Not bad for a man who gets paid to give tips!!!!!!!!!!

To be fair it was the best race of the day at the best meeting and covered by both racing channels.

dave.....I think he is an excellent tipster but the only ones who benefit are tom and the inner circle who know the tips before they become public

Not really - of late many of his tips drift like a barge before the off and start a bit bigger (on here where you can get as much on as you like) than the tipped price, if you really have to back them then try it that way
By:
cardifffc
When: 20 Aug 18 15:47
but if you are  in the know you can back them.............they lay before the drift.............its not rocket science.......ive not seen many of toms tips which you couldn't lay if you got the price before they go public

Good points guys I've thought of that myself but if your backing at 25/1 and laying at 20/1 unless you have a big bank you aren't going to make much. I think these guys have it tough trying to pick value winners and make a profit. A lot of people follow price wise but recently he's been poor. The point is he gets paid to pick winners and that's a lot of pressure. Tbh I would rather have good 6/4 tips that win 2 out of 3 rather than supposedly thrown in 25/1 shots that lose at least you got a chance to make a profit. The problem with all tipsters is they shout when they win but they never apologise when they lose lol.  Make your own choices then you can't blame anyone lol
