special bha meeting decide jockeys named mr ryan moore can claim 7lbs to see if they can make the supposed worlds best at least competitive on race day

He can’t even track the right horses let alone try and win with one of his tame finishes

That was probably the most inept ride I have ever seen Ryan Moore give any horse.  It was simply quite embarassing.  What on earth was his game plan?
 
The so called pundits really ought to drop the cr**ap description of him as the "world's best jockey" because he isn't.  He just happens to be a very good jockey and nothng other than that.

And he’s seems to be on a heavy decline. The likes of Doyle and SDS are way, way better than him and have been for the last 2 years.
