49 lbs in a bit over 4 months, that is a hell of a lot of weight to lose in a relatively short space of time jonjon. How are you going to do that?

Aye when you put it like that it sounds extreme.  Did it before in 2014 and went waaaay too skinny.

I went from 15st to 11 in 3 months...
Running. Weights and dietary.

My metabolism has always been mad but now that im 35 i doubt ill lose it as quick but i should be 12st resting and im 15.5..

cos i sit on my arse and eat and drink beer all day watching the nags.

Need to ramp up the exercise and cut down on the booze.

Not fun

I'm 13 stone which is the heaviest I have been for about 20 years. I had a hideous knee operation 2 years ago and had to give up playing squash which I was doing 2 or 3 times a week, now my only exercise is walking Muttley for between 8-10 miles a day and I do like a pint or 2 as well but usually eat quite healthily so could lose 10 lbs quite easily but I just can't be bothered right now!
