Agree tips, in my pomp I was going to 200 meetings a year, now it's 4 or 5 a year for a meal and night out at Hove.

and look at the cost of the land now compared to those days
there is absolutely zero chance of any new greyhound stadium being built in london ever again
it would take a billionaire with a passion for greyhounds and greyhound racing to plough money in at the start and consistently through the venture as it would be a massive loss maker and financial suicide to purchase the land to build the project
it just aint happening
