have the horse racing boards everything ready? ,is everything in ship shape and bristol fashion for the brexit?,A lot of horses will be travelling to the liverpool meeting and horse passports will need to be in place long before the brexit date and they need to be in place before the brexit new rules.if not the grand national meeting could be spoiled .yet we never hear new announcements about it by the horse racing boards, and there is only 5 days in between both events.and time is running out.
