The best and the original club was CLASSIC THROUGHBREDS was launched by MAGNIER in the 80s as a PLC with Vincent training the horses.....the shares were originally 38p per share without doubt the boys bought the foals and siphoned off the good ones..........the only good horse was Royal ACADEMY who won the breeders cup turf in 85 ridden by Lester but it turned out the shareholders only had 25% of the horse..........its what set up the COOLMORE operation as we know it today.....shortly afterwards was wound up share holders received a couple of pence per share.......def the springboard that really started MAGNIER and COOLMORE and have a good laugh at the mug shareholders
