Why is it that Prescott horses invariably look as though they have no idea what the game is about, are very leggy, and spend more time going up and down on the spot than going forward. It seems all his horses have these characteristics except the really classy ones. Seems very odd to me. Are they just really poor and he manages to squeeze a few wins out of them?
