I remember when the 0% deduction came at the start of your holiday and that your commission rate would stay the same as it was at the end of the previous week.
Also your rate would never increase by more than 0.1% at start of new week.
Now the 0% comes the week after your holiday started and your commission rate can increase on that day and the 0.1 limit has been scrapped.
It's no surprise that we lose out as a result of these changes. I paid 2.7% last week and it's 2.9% this week. Under the old system it would have been 2.6% and 2.7%.
Anyone know when these changes took place? I doubt we were informed of these changes at any time.

There seems to be no limit to this company's greed and cunning.

I complained about this scenario about two years ago. It was very confusing at the time but totally unfair imo. I took it up with my man at BF and he was apologetic. However I still wasn't happy and as a goodwill gesture I got quite a few points added to my tally.
IIRC I was on 3% and when the rate kicked in on the Monday that's what it should have been. It was 3.1 or 3.2%. The problem was Betfair Customer Services informed nobody if my recollection is correct.
