Still claiming 5 after what seems yonks at Henderson. You can see why. Even early in the straight he was in the process of taking a pull as Johnson came upsides, then panicks and starts riding.

Horse wasn't green. Head was sky high and hanging like a gate.

Ned was at pains to keep on bridle as long as he could, and only went for it, when Johnson made a move on his outer. Horse a rogue more like than green.
