Anyone remember when the bookies used to bleat about Betfair? They are so NOT scared of Betfair any more they will even promote them themselves.

Unfortunately, Betfair shareholders are kept quiet by the Sportsbook profits which far outweigh anything the Exchange achieves.

Starsports would be lost without the exchange. Obviously they're not involved directly with in-running but I suppose it makes sense for them to promote all aspects of it.

Bisogno should be speaking out about the ridiculous restrictions punters have faced for years instead of feathering one's own nest in the all too familiar gravy training manner,the HBF will say they do it for free on their own time but is it REALLY FOR FREE ARE THERE NO BENEFITS TO THEIR RACING PROFILES AND INTERESTS?

the hbf is about raising your profile 1.01. They should be paid then  it wouldnt be.

Still not as much as someone who has 3 seconds or so more than you. I know my racing but Joe Bloggs who may not have as much racing knowledge as one, but is sitting with faster pictures should come out on top on more ocassions

love the bit about him being accused of betting illegally, i'll bet they dont go in to the boxes and say that

what a complete mess racing has made of developing this betting aspect of the sport, and all because the traditional bookmakers cant make money out of it

his edge seems to be a time advantage and observing the relative speeds of horses from a better angle than the those viewing the tv shots at about 2f out, he might struggle if the gps chips get put in to saddles and a select few get access

"level playing field" would suit him with the angle more than the lads in the boxes i guess
