Horses that are very heavily backed rarerly pull hard imo.

Its a joke really.

The antics match the track.

Its like the Wild West.

You can only really play the low and medium grade stuff with the full knowledge that there is a pretty high level of institutional corruption. And the high grade stuff in the knowledge than some corruption is still inevitable.
