Gosden horse will be interesting, regular work companion of Roaring Lion in the spring and gallops with 90+ horses at home. Gets weight off the fav and was given a rather kind ride at Newbury and could have finished closer. Get's handicap mark after today, but I'll be very surprised if he doesn't make the Fav work for it. Muted in yard there's a 10f handicap 0-100 at York Gosden is targeting him for, so he would need to be the high 80s to get in, therefore will have to win or go a close second. I've backed it in the 2 place, place and small in win. No reason to give it a spin today with the races planned for it.

Think it's due to not being given a mark Trident.

@Trident
Not sure about that, Tapeta rides easy and this horse has only ran on soft ground, so surface will suit. Also handicapper refused to give it a mark, so probably feels better off winning another novice, than being mid div in group company and getting an inflated mark. |

Simcock/JPS on class drop and natural improvement/progression from first run worth watching, not wanted today perhaps but be interesting to see how far back he rides it

Well done domino

@Trident
The handicapper refused to give Blue Reflection a handicap mark, because the horse was heavily eased on her latest start and therefore deemed it impossible to give the horse a mark. He reported the horse ran a stone better on it's second start to it's debut and ran way below both runs on it's 3rd start when heavily eased. He provisionally marked her at 83, and stated should she run an identical race to her 3rd run next time, and not be ridden to obtain her best possible finishing position he would allocate her 83, but would review this mark if she were to run a proper race next time. |

Not sure if you're online but Blue Reflection runs in the 5.20 at Newcastle. Now over a suitable trip and having provisionally been given 83, he adjudged it's Newc run at 72, dropped 3lb for a run where it lost any chance in the stalls, it returns to Newcastle today and up in trip. Solid in the betting and off 69. Good jockey booking and in a 0-75 fillies only handicap. Sadly only 7 runners, but I think it could be worth a closer look today. Looks an ideal race for it, for my liking. Good luck if playing. |

Wasn't really put in the race, for a slowly run race, but didn't really make any in roads. Just looks an average horse for me. Will win a small race one day, but not a well handicapped prospect that's for sure.
