Presumably, something wrong with the horse but why having gone forward on a horse proven over further did he then allow the leader to put the brakes on instead of going forward himself?

ive no doubt Sousa would have kicked on when the pace slackened knowing the horse stays further.frustrating this game is at times.

What a load of b0llox the horse wanted to get on with it Egan did not his actions in restraining his mount after it came along side the leader after about a furlong gave it away , which was a pity as the horse looked to be a group horse in the making, |
