My bet was going to be England to reach the final at 4/6 . Both teams seem evenly matched but my beady eye says otherwise. The last two games have went to extra time for Croatia and bound to have taken the sting out of their tail. If I'm right England must be value at 13/ over 90 minutes. That said if Croatia still have petrol in the tank and can beat them, then 6/1 looks a magnificent bet at that price. g/l if getting involved.

Fair point flukes, especially with just the three runners. I'm backing England at 11/8. Having said that, if it goes into extra time I will be backing them again at whatever odds. I'm guessing 8/11 giving Croatia will be down on their feet hoping for penalties.
If I was Southgate the last thing I would say to harry is this...'go win that golden boot.' I had a thread about Harry on the football forum and I got the spread right. Like so many other threads it's gone no but a big fan of Harry here. |

croatia beat argentina, nigeria, iceland and drew with denmark and russia in 90 mins. england beat tunisia, panama, sweden, lost to belgium and drew with colombia in 90 mins. if the form was reversed england would be 1/2. croatia should be favs tonight. laying england in the 90 mins is the bet no doubt about it, you heard it here first |

For the last 3 days I have readying myself to have my biggest ever football bet(£2k) on England to win in 90 mins but even though I still think they will win it would stop me enjoying the match(unless they scored early). Its, not that I think England are much better just that I think Croatia will underperform.
