no win situation for 365 and a whole can of worms opens up if they win the case

As was pointed out last time you opened a thread on this, June was just a pre-trial application. I've no idea whether it went ahead or not, or what happened, but it was never going to be the full case.

It did seem a bit strange ,an 18yo punting big stakes on lucky 15 ,stake was not even returned ffs if reporting was correct ,seemed a strange story but if you raise an action and it’s going to be defended a date should be set ,although if the books have coughed they will have paid for silence imo . Should still be a public record of what the status of the case is though I would have thought .
