ATR not showing the Fairyhouse Group 3 race live

deffo right. missing a group 3 stinks.

Showing where their priorities now lie - and what the future is for them, imo.

Wouldn't you put the G1 at Deauville ahead of this G3 race though George.

Another example at Fairyhouse of a jockey riding a finish too early and getting caught, having nothing left at the vital part. Seems to be happening more and more.

Simple decision.

A rubbish Group 3 against a Group 1 against the background of what has happened. Irish courses lucky that they have continued to get as much coverage.

As regards the Group 3 the horse who finished last decided that race. Easy lead and the favourite wins.

Think you're missing the point. stewarts. I'm not arguing about which should have taken priority, but had ATR not lost the Irish rights from next year, no way would they not have shown that Group 3 live, particularly as it looked like they had time to show it before the French race started?

No i do get what your point is George and you're right but don't think you can blame them for making this decision.

French race started at 15:33:50. I'll find out the off time at Fairyhouse.

Well if political decisions are deciding what is shown something should be done about it. Any serious punter could watch on RUK.

The Fairyhouse race was off at 15:30:50 and would have finished around 15:32:17, so had been finished (if I've got my maths right) around a minute and a half before they jumped in France.

Next year ATR will be having blank screens whilst RUK will be having to adopt quarter screens!!...Saturdays will be a right old mash up!!

The Irish race had finished before the French one started. They would rather show horses milling around the start instead of showing the Irish race(even if in a split screen)

why show a group 3 when they can have us listening to Fitzy's dulcet tones?

think the irish should get used to it as it will happen far more on RUK next year
