Best I could find on Google, I was 8yrs old at the time and recall most of it, the young Alan Ball was my hero then, and funnily enough I used to see him regular in my local in Southampton.(1990s) happy days.!

I am well enough for a Saturday but reeling under the sheer weight of sport that I would like to watch. Racing, Cricket, Tennis F1 qualifying and some Football on as well I think

I have no idea where England were in the betting btw. I'm sure you could bet on football by then but it wasn't a big thing ( I can remember when generally you could only bet on footie on the pools or in multis ).
