never seen a fully fledged jockey held to answer .. FOR a ride he has just completed .. or lack of effort with peoples hard earned ..
maybe needs to be in only APPRENTICES RACES POOR LAD .. .called getting experience . at owners expense ?? |

Harry Burns has held an apprentice license since 2013 and still claims 7lb, that says all there is to be said about him as a rider in my book. When you've been claiming 7lb for 5 years, inexperience is no longer an excuse.
