All drifters mean is a bigger price. That horse was trying just a pig of a thing

Had the race run to suit but couldn't/wouldn't pick up.

As you said looked to be travelling best but found zilch and ended up 4th in 3 horse race. Has previous for this so perhaps one to highlight in RP notes as one to avoid. However, easy to say post race
