Select a particular type of race or distance and only look at them for a month,study less races,have less bets and whatever you do if nothing else ditch Lucky 15's etc. they are one of the worse bets in history despite what some think.
I have more ideas that can work and get your confidence back if you need them.

Need to work on the discipline Denzil. Been betting and chasing in too many sh1tty races. Just trying to lower my stakes and try a little fun betting for a bit. Don't study form too much tend to follow markets, jockey bookings, trainers in form etc. any advice gratefully received.

If I was you I'd do the exact opposite of what you are doing.
Study form more and watch more races,ignore jockey bookings (they're all about as good as eachother really as the Whitley jockey records have shown for years up and coming apprentices not included),trainer form can be subjective unless a trainer is badly out of form with a virus,make your own mind up about the market as to a horse is worth a bet.
Nowt wrong with having a crisis in confidence as a punter everyone who is a pre race punter that wins long term has ups and downs if they aren't arbing or being economical with the truth.
