Does this sort of criteria make a profit ?
A genuine question as many years ago I used to get excited about trainers who'd travel 100-300 miles with one horse...
Until I realised that the trainer gets paid per mile from the owner and if he's got relatives/friends 300 miles away
then it was a proper jolly for the trainer.
So interested in jockeys travelling in that context
