given that they lose a lot of winter meetings it would make sense to race similar to what hexham do run the eider in feb to early june then run the plate on the hurdle course then have a break over the summer and race early oct-end of nov for a few meetings including the fighting fifth 2 annual breaks giving the grass time to recover
