It's the same every summer with the dog abuse and the clowns who run their unfit,badly cared for horses on roads with a cart attached when racecourses stick half the ocean on turf tracks day in day out to protect (supposedly) racehorses who are well cared for,worth fortunes and bred to run whilst the RSPCA and whoever do and say nothing.
