seems like newmarket have to race each weekend on july course, wouldn't have anything to do with the fact it's owned by JC perhaps???
Perth wanted an additional saturday fixture, and to be fair they get the crowds to warrant, but weird to have it on same day as Ayr |

Yes Gordon - We had a thread last week on Ayr and Perth on the same Saturday afternoon.
This Perth meeting used to be last Sunday. Agree re: Newmarket - belittling the course, for me. Likewise Chester - who appear to want to get the Boozers in every fortnight, nowadays. Both scenarios big downers  |
